Quality of Life level in Primary Schools at Tabuk city and its Relationship to Organizational Citizenship Behavior from the Viewpoint of its employees

The study aimed to identify the primary schools' life quality level in Tabuk and the organizational citizenship behavior relationship from from the Viewpoint of its employees Furthermore, identifying differences responses of the sample members concerning the life quality level as well as the degree of practicing the organizational citizenship behavior based on the variables: gender, academic qualification and years of experience. To achieve that, the descriptive approach was applied in its two aspects (survey and relational) in addition to questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The research sample community consists of all teachers of governmental primary schools in the city of Tabuk, numbering around (3815) teachers, (350) among them were chosen in order to represent the study sample, of whom (367) teachers responded. The results showed that the primary schools' life quality level in Tabuk in general is high, with arithmetic average (3.80) as well as the degree of practicing the organizational citizenship behavior in primary schools in Tabuk is very high in general with arithmetic average (4.39). Moreover, the results showed the presence of a medium-strength, positive-directional (positive) correlation of significance (a > 0.05) between life quality level in general and the practice of citizenship behavior in general (in whole). The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a > 0,05) attributable to the variable of gender between responses of the study sample regarding primary schools' life quality level in Tabuk in general and in the two aspects (quality of healthy life and quality of social life) in favor of females. In addition to, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a > 0,05) attributable to the variable of gender between responses of the study sample about practicing the organizational citizenship behavior in Tabuk's primary schools in general as well as in the five dimensions and in favor of the female teachers and existence of differences attributable to the educational qualification variable on the axis of organizational citizenship in general and on the two dimensions of civility behavior and civilized behavior in favor of bachelor's qualification. Moreover, the study recommended the necessity of providing comprehensive and appropriate health insurance for all teachers, spreading awareness among teachers in Tabuk's primary schools concerning the importance of doing exercises in order to maintain their physical fitness as well as they are entitled to obtain the periodic medical examination including the teacher's annual report. The study also recommended holding educational seminars and pamphlets to familiarize male teachers with the importance of practicing organizational citizenship.
